Zoho continues to impress

I've mentioned Zoho before, they offer a brilliant suite of online office applications. I'm starting to use their Notebook program as a way of keeping a personal journal online.

Anyway, a couple of days ago I mentioned that I was having trouble using their new facebook application. It was just a throwaway comment really, a whinge.

Today I got a message from Sathish at Zoho asking me for a bit more information about the problem (which seems to have solved itself) so they could help me out.

Now, that kind of approach to users (I guess it is really customer service) is as impressive to me as any of the great things I can do with the Zoho applications themselves.
